SAP Analytics Cloud gives "Login failed : wrong credentials."

Reproducing the Issue
  1. Connect to SAP Analytics Cloud as an Administrator.
  2. Select Start of the navigation pathSecurity Next navigation step UsersEnd of the navigation path from the main menu.
  3. Choose the row for the user that cannot connect.
  4. Select (Set Password) and set a new password.
  5. Select (Save).
  6. Log out and attempt to connect with the user's new password.
  7. Notice "Login failed : wrong credentials."
Cause

User account is locked.

Resolution
  1. Connect to SAP Analytics Cloud as an Administrator.
  2. Select Start of the navigation pathSecurity Next navigation step UsersEnd of the navigation path from the main menu.
  3. Choose the row for the user that cannot connect.
  4. Select (Unlock User) to unlock the user account.
  5. Select (Save).
