Working with Calendar Tasks

You can access analytic applications directly in the calendar.

You use the calendar to view, create, and manage your processes and tasks. Directly integrated applications in the calendar make it easier for you to accomplish your due tasks and receive an overview of your data.

Accessing Analytic Applications from the Calendar

To access analytic applications from the calendar, please see Working with Stories and Analytic Applications Linked to Calendar Tasks.

If you are an assignee and you access an application from a task, then you can submit, reject, view, or set the progress of your task.

If you are a reviewer and you access an application from a task, then you can perform the Accept or Resend actions from within your application.

Analytic Application Filter

If you have defined a context inside your task, the analytic application filter is shown in the application.

The analytic application filter is shown under the application toolbar.

You can turn the analytic application filter on and off by clicking the symbol. If the analytic application filter is minimized, you can see how many filters you have applied to your application (indicated by a number right on the filter symbol).

View Controls and Control Panel

The Controls panel informs you at any time about the applied filter values of each widget of the application. You can choose View controls in the dropdown menu of the applied filter () or by accessing it through the quick actions menu of the table or chart widget. This opens the Controls panel where you can view the applied filter values of each widget of the application.
