Managers use this application to display the following objects:

Requisitions that can be called as follows:
- Using the Requisition Monitor application from the Requisitions table
- Using an associated candidate in the Questionnaire application
- Using an associated candidate in the Candidacy Assessment application

Requisition requests can be called using the Requisition Monitor application from the Requisitions table.

Candidates that can be called as follows:
- Using the Requisition Monitor application from the overview under the Candidate Assessment tab
- In the Questionnaire application
- In the Candidacy Assessment application
- In the Candidate Assessment application

Job postings can be called using the Requisition Monitor application from the overview under the Publications tab.

Integration

This application is called using object-based navigation (OBN). The application is called with the display_overview method of the following business objects: Candidate, Publication, Requisition, and Job Posting.

Prerequisites

You have installed and set up the SAP E-Recruiting application component (PA-ER).

You have made the settings in Customizing for SAP E-Recruiting under Manager Involvement.
