Managers can use this application to display an employee's detailed employee compensation profile (short form: compensation profile). The compensation profile contains employee information such as all compensation-relevant data (examples: salary, bonus), data related to the organization (examples: organizational unit, position), communciation data (examples: personnel number, address, telephone, e-mail), and other information (examples: potential, performance).
