Managers use this application to obtain a comprehensive overview of all requisitions that they initiated with their own requisition requests, that they are processing as a substitute for another manager, or that were assigned to them by a recruiter.

Managers can use the Requisition Monitor to track the further progress of these requisitions.

Features

Table: Requisitions

Managers obtain information about the status of the requisitions and about the potential candidates. They can display requisitions and the associated requisition requests. The system uses the Data Overview application to display the requests and the requisitions.

Tab: Candidate Assessment

If a requisition is already published and candidates have already been proposed, the managers can display and assess these candidates using the Candidate Assessment tab.

The Data Overview application is used to display the candidates.

Managers have the following options when assessing a candidate:

  • Complete questionnaires regarding a candidate in order to provide the recruiter with feedback

  • Assess candidates with regard to a requisition

  • Assess candidates with regard to the Talent Pool

The following applications are available to managers for this:

Tab: Publications

Managers can use the Publications tab to display the possible publications (for example, Internet or newspaper) for a released requisition.

The Data Overview application is used to display the job postings.

Prerequisites

You have installed and set up the SAP E-Recruiting application component (PA-ER).

You have made the settings in Customizing for SAP E-Recruiting under Manager Involvement.
