Managers can use this application to execute a predefined Performance Management process, the majority of whose settings are already available in the system The process comprises the following phases:

  • Planning

  • Review

  • Appraisal

In the standard SAP system, this application is assigned as Visible. This application calls the appraisal document application.

Prerequisites

You have made all the necessary settings in Customizing for the Objective Setting and Appraisals (Performance Management) application component.
