The manager can use this application to edit the talent profile for one of his or her employees. This means that he or she can enter data instead of the employee, for example, if the employee does not have access to a computer.

In the standard SAP system, the following persons can edit an employee's talent profile:
The employee can enter data in his or her talent profile. For this purpose, the Talent Profile
application is available in the Employee Self-Service
role for SAP NetWeaver Business Client. For more information, see Talent Profile.
The employee's manager can edit the employee's talent profile instead of or in addition to the employee.
The talent management specialist responsible for the employee can edit the talent profile instead of or in addition to the employee or manager. For this purpose, the Talent's Self Description
application is available in the role Talent
Management Specialist: NWBC
