Managers can use this application to get an overview of the information that is relevant for employees in their team.

Integration

The Employee Profile is called from the Team View in Home Page, Position Holders in the Position Profile and Employee Information.

Features

This application comprises of two tabs:

  • Overview

  • Miscellaneous

This application comprises of following components:

  • Employee short profile (Photo, personal data, communication data, personnel structure).

Components under Overview tab:

  • Salary Data

  • Competencies Matchup

  • Total Compensation History

Components under Miscellaneous tab:

The Employee Profile also has a Related Links section from which managers can launch for instance Employee Self-Service applications on behalf of their employees. For more information, see Employee Self-Service on Behalf in MSS (WDA).

The application has the following parameters:

Parameter

Description

Initiator role

You can set an initiator role that differs from the default initiator role for individual roles.

Tracking_id

To enter a tracking ID for each application. The system requires the ID to track the data of such self-service applications individually.
