Managers can use this application to execute flexible appraisal processes for the employees assigned to them. The system generates all created appraisal documents according to the selected worklist settings and displays them in a list. The list also contains information about the current status of the appraisal document and thus provides the appraiser with an overview of the process flow. From this worklist, managers can perform all the necessary tasks for the appraisal process.
Note
While the part-appraisal process is being conducted, managers access the main document in Manager Self-Services (WDA).
A manager acting simultaneously as a part appraiser can access the part-appraisal document in Employee Self-Services (WDA). (See also the Part-Appraisal Documents iView.)

In the standard SAP system, this application indicated as Invisible
