The manager can use this application to display or edit a talent's development plan that was created by the talent management specialist.

Integration

  • The development plan is one of many possible processes for the talent assessment. For more information, see Talent Assessment.

  • In the standard SAP system, this application is indicated as Invisible. It is called from the Talent Assessment application. For more information, see Talent Assessment.

  • This application is called via object-based navigation using the method edit_dev_plan of the business object employee. For more information about the business object, see Employee.

Prerequisites

In Customizing for Talent Management and Talent Development, you have made the settings under Talent Assessment and have created an appraisal template for the Development Plan process.

Configuration

The settings for the object-based navigation for this application are defined in Launchpad Customizing (transaction LPD_CUST) for the role HRTMS_NAV with the instance OBN.
