Managers can use this application to assess candidates with regard to the Talent Pool.

Integration

This application is called using object-based navigation (OBN) from the Requisition Monitor application if the manager selects a candidate from the overview on the Candidate Assessment tab and then chooses the Assess Candidate for Talent Pool pushbutton. The application is called using the candidate.assess method of the Candidate business object.

Prerequisites

You have installed and set up the SAP E-Recruiting application component (PA-ER).

You have made the settings in Customizing for SAP E-Recruiting under Manager Involvement.
