Managers can use this application to display or change the appraisal document used in the predefined Performance Management process.

Integration

In the standard SAP system, this application is indicated as Invisible. It is called from the Performance Management application.

Method

This application is called via object-based navigation using the method appraisal_document_pmp of the business object employee. For more information about the business object, see Employee.

You have made all the necessary settings in Customizing for the Performance Management (Objective Setting and Appraisals) application component.
