You should use caution when changing the structure of your productive system. Structure changes that you make in a productive system may violate the integrity of your data.

If you need to change a rollup definition, proceed as follows.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Accounting Next navigation step Financial Accounting Next navigation step Special Purpose Ledger Next navigation step Periodic Tasks Next navigation step Rollup Next navigation step Change. End of the navigation path

  2. The Change Rollup: Initial Screen appears.

  3. Enter the name of the rollup that you want to change.

  4. Choose Rollup header .

  5. The Change Rollup <Name>: Header screen appears.

  6. Type over existing values with your changes.

  7. To save your changes, choose Start of the navigation path Rollup Next navigation step Save End of the navigation path .
