Network Security for SAP NetWeaver Application Server for ABAP
SAP NetWeaver Application Server (AS) ABAP communicates with its communication partners using various protocols.
The primary protocols used are dialog (DIAG), RFC and HTTP. For an overview of the protocols as well as the appropriate security method to use, see the following table and figure.
