Define Formula Parameters

In PRT management you use formula parameters to define:

• formulas which are used to calculate the required total quantity and the total usage value of a production resource/tool

• formula constants in PRT master records with the category "miscelleanous".

You also need formula parameters in the work center to

• describe standard values

• define formulas

Note

Key words are used to describe formula parameters.

Recommendation

Choose easy to remember names for the parameters if you want to enter the formula parameters into the formula definition later.
