Activating Depreciation Areas in the Asset Class 

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    Financial Accounting ® Asset Accounting ® Valuation ® Determine Depreciation Areas in the Asset Class

    Transaction Code

    OAYZ

  2. Select an asset class, then in the dialog structure, choose Depreciation areas.

    3. You now see all of the depreciation areas for this asset class. The Deact. indicator determines whether or not the new depreciation area is activated in this asset class.

  3. Deselect depreciation areas 33, 34, 53, and 54.
  4. Choose .
  5. Choose in the dialog box.
  6. Choose .
  7. Repeat steps 3 to 6 for all asset classes.
  8. Choose .
