Define Selection Combination

A selection combination is any list of sets which are to be taken as a basis for a selection.

This combination allows a simultaneous selection of certain:

• orders/networks

• work centers

• capacity categories

You create a combination by

• entering a description of the selection combination

• defining the combination, which means you specify which sets are to be assigned to the combination

Example

You created a list of capacity requirements and available capacities for the capacity category "labor" for selected work centers. To be able to react timely and accurately, you only want to view the released networks for certain critical materials. You can define the additional selection combination in this menu option.

Note

The combination allows you to group multi-sets. This is not possible in the set definition.
