Defines what should be done when the subsequent delivery split may potentially damage the correlation for bills of material (BOMs) whose correlation ratios and target ratios match at the moment.
You can tell whether the target ratio was kept constant by looking at the delivery's bill of materials. Specifically, if the quantity ratio between the BOM items remains the same as the ratio between the corresponding items of the preceding document, the target ratio was kept the same.
If the correlation ratio was damaged previously in the original delivery because of quantity changes made to sub-items, the checks or automatic quantity adjustments are not active. Automatic quantity adjustments take into consideration the fact that many BOM sub-items are not normally packed (small articles or hours of work, for example).
The system can check the situation or adjust quantities.
In addition, all split result quantities that
were specified when the split was called up must include the correlation of
the items in the bill of materials and must not have a batch split.
If the "with HU" limitation appears, all split result quantities of the bill
of materials must also have been entered as contents of handling units
(HU).
If the quantity adjustment function cannot be run even though the target ratio
was kept in the original delivery, the system once again issues error messages
with controls.
