Define
Indicator for Communication
For communication between a central R/2 System
and a decentralized R/3 system for shipping processing, you have to make
various definitions in the R/3 System.
In this menu option you define:
For communication
with the R/2 System, you have to set up a queue in the R/3
System.
In the standard SAP
R/3 System, the queue "SD_DZV", for which the valid parameters have been
specified, is predefined. The following settings must exist:
Data category:
CPIC
Program:
SAPMV14K
Form:
LF_BUCHEN
User: CPIC2 (if it
does not already exist, you must create it: In the
initial screen of
the application, select Tools -->
Administration
--> User maintenance --> Users)
Driver program:
RSQAPI20
Activate the queue
afterwards.
Specify a queue name
for the communication numbers, which the non-SAP system copies for
confirmation from the R/3 System.
In the standard SAP
R/3 System, the queue "SD_DZV" is assigned to the communication number
"SD101". In the standard version the communication number "SD101" is copied
from the R/2 System with every delivery.
- Mail control if an error occurs
If an error occurs
during the transfer of the data, a mail can automatically be sent to the
person in charge. To do this, define in this menu option the person in charge
for each record type of the communication record.
You can mask the
entry using blank entries. If the SAP System does not find an entry, a mail is
automatically sent to user "SD_VL11".
You can also define
here that this mail is sent as an express mail and put into the outbox
folder.
- Number range for the communication numbers for
confirmation from the decentralized to the central system.
You cannot define
any new number intervals here. In the standard version you have to work with
the number range "01".
You can only reset
the number range.
Actions
1. Set up the
queue and activate it.
Select the menu path
"System" --> "Services" --> "Queue" and define the queue.
2. Assign the
queue names to the communication numbers.
