Maintain Selection Criteria of Forwarding Agent

In this step, you maintain the selection variant of the forwarding agent in the selected SAP client for the function "Tendering for Service Agents and Access to Internet Service Agents".

Recommendation

Set as many selection fields as possible to "invisible". For performance reasons, the number of selection fields is limited to 15.

Activities

Define a selection variant for each forwarding agent.

1. In the selection report, enter the service agent on the tab page "Processing".
Choose Goto --> Variants --> Save as variant.

2. On the selection screen, enter the variant name for the forwarding agent with the SAP System user (<user ID>). (Name convention: exactly 14 char. with syntax: Variantenname = <user ID> + '_' + <variant ID>: Example: CarrierA____01)

3. Switch off the selection field 'Service agent' or set it to "protected". Otherwise, this will be displayed on the Web page as a selection field.
