In this step you delete report data that is no longer needed. On the selection screen, you can specify the amount of report data to be deleted (for example, all reports for the fiscal year 1994).
Report data here means the selection data of the report at a specific point in time. If this data is deleted, it is always selected again for the report.
Delete the report data you no longer require.
