Overview
Variants for Item Lines and Column Headings
In this step you can create item lines and
headings for the
structure overview.
The overviews are created with a method called
"variable lists".
For each overview you create, you also create
an overview variant. You specify for the overview variant:
- the objects to be displayed in the overview,
for example, activities.
- the fields to be displayed per object, for
example, dates or quantities.

Once you have created your overview
variants:
4. Save an
overview variant in the overall profile for the structure/dates information
system. This overview variant is a default value for the item lines and
overviews in the information system.
Define overall profile.
5. You can
transport your settings. To do this, choose Table view ->
Transport.
