Sending Business Reports 

Use

You want to send the report to your manager. You can do this using the SAP System.

You can use the process described here for any type of list and log that you want to send via e-mail.

Procedure

  1. Choose List ® Send To ® Mail Recipient.
  2. Enter the following data:

    Data

    Title

    Financial statements

    Recipient

    Your user name

    To simplify this step, we suggest you enter yourself as the recipient.

  4. Enter a short message in the text editor screen.
  5. You can attach this mail to a document. In this way, you can, for example, include an evaluation of the figures or additional information.

    On the Attachments tab page, you see the type and description of the attachment.

  6. To create the attachment, choose .
  7. In this dialog box, you specify where the file to be attached is stored on your computer.
  8. Once you have found the file, choose it by double-clicking it.
  9. It will take a few seconds for the system to import the file into your e-mail.

  10. Choose .
  11. The e-mail is sent to you.

  12. Choose until the overview tree appears.
