    4. The list contains all assets in the company code, sorted by plant and cost center. You can use the list also for further reconciliations.

    To proceed with the following steps, we assume that a vehicle was recently in an accident and is to be depreciated completely as a result.

    Double-click on the asset 3293 below the cost center 1110.

    The system displays the actual values for the asset in the asset explorer.

  4. Make a note of the net book value at fiscal year end.
  5. Choose until the overview tree appears.
