Variable Display 

  1. To analyze the financial statement items by business area, on the Execute Drilldown Report Actual/Actual Comparison for Year screen, select ASSETS in the commercial balance sheet.
  2. In the navigation menu, select Business area.
  3. Double-click ASSETS in the screen area on the right.

    4. The system displays assets according to business area.

    In the navigation menu, the financial statement item that you selected (ASSETS) is displayed. On the left of the heading ASSETS, you can see two arrows.

  4. To display the financial statement item that is a subdivision of assets, choose .

    5. You now see an overview of fixed assets according to business area.

  5. Choose again to display further financial statement items.
  6. To return to the initial display, choose until the heading Commercial balance sheet appears.
  7. Double-click on Commercial balance sheet.
  8. Double-click on Financial statement item.

    9. To analyze the financial statement items according to another criterion (fiscal year, for example) proceed in the same manner.

    First expand the financial statement version down to the detail to be displayed in the report. Then choose the characteristic that is to govern how the breakdown is carried out.

    Double-click on the item.

    You can also select several characteristics together.

  9. Remain on this screen.
