Definition

Activity category for the program for controlling error messages in shipping.

When you make the settings for the required error message category, you can make rerouting of the message category dependent on the program's work phase at the time that the message appears.

At the moment the system differentiates between the following workphases:

Copy or reference mode is the workphase where items are created for a preceding document. For example, this might take place:

during delivery collective processing - until the items are created

after calling up Create delivery with reference to order - until the orders are created

after calling up the Deliver order function in the dialog box for delivery processing

Picking data update procedures (picking quantities, batches, packing data):

inbound EDI message - picking request results

confirmation of Warehouse Management System transfer orders

in all other work phases, for example:

create items without reference

change or delete items or documents
