Workflow
SAP Business Workflow includes technologies and
tools for the automated control and processing of cross-application
processes.
The Project System uses workflow:
- With predefined standard tasks in the
purchasing process and when making confirmations.
You make all settings for workflow in Workflow
Customizing. To do this, you have to do the following:
1. Maintain the
responsibility-oriented organization structure for your company.
2. Link
standard tasks with authorized users.
3. Activate
event-receiver links between triggering events and and consuming workflow
task.
4. Name a
technical person in charge of each standard workflow template.
