Define field
selection for confirmation
In this step you can select fields to appear
during network confirmation
All screens for which a field selection is
possible are grouped together in individual screen modification
groups:
- Parameters for confirmations
For each screen modification group, so-called
modifiable and influencing fields are defined:
- For the modifiable fields, you use indicators
to determine how the individual fields are shown on the screen:
- The field is ready for input (default
setting)
- The field requires an entry (required
entry)
- The field is display only
For example, if you
specify that the work center is a required entry forconfirmations of networks,
you must enter a work center in all confirmations.
- For the influencing fields, you determine via
a value how a modifiable field is shown on the screen. For example, that the
work center is a required entry for a certain order type.
Notes
You can transport the field selection settings
and the system retains them during release upgrades.
If you change an influencing field, you can
thereby change a modifiable field to a required entry (that is, mandatory),
the system will not check if entries have been made in this field in all
possible objects.
Standard
Settings
No default settings are available for field
selection.
The modifiable and influencing fields are
predefined for each screen modification group and cannot be added
to.
Proceed as
follows to define a field selection
There are several ways to define a field
selection
You maintain the indicators of the
