Codes for Detailed Long Texts
You can create four additional long texts for each claim.
In this step, you assign a predefined code to each of the four sequentially number long texts. The system automatically adopts the code text as the name of the assigned long text.
Requirements
You have used the step 
Maintain Catalogs to define the codes you want to assign to the
long texts.
Recommendation
Create a code group called Additional Long Texts in a catalog. Then create four codes with meaningful code texts (such as "Cause" or "Consequences") for this code group.
Activities
Assign a code to each of the long texts.
Further Notes
If you do not assign a code to a long text, the system does not create the additional long text.
