An overview defines a certain view of several condition records of different condition types. For example, you can define an overview which only displays the terms of payment of certain condition records and displays them for maintaining. An overview can consist of any number of views where the initial view and the sequence of the remaining views must be defined.
The control of condition records is simplified and maintenance time reduced by the option to define variable views of condition records.
Each overview consists of two parts:
Overviews are used in different functions (for example, maintenance of sales deal, extended selection of condition records using the condition index). Customer-specific overviews can be created if required.
You have created condition records for a material price PR00 and for a discount K007. Using an overview, the condition records can only be displayed or displayed for processing if the terms of payment are specified.
