Access Sequence

To define access sequences proceed as follows:

1. Choose New entries and fill the following fields:
a) access sequence , maximum four characters, alpha-numeric.
b) Name
2. Save your entries.
3. To maintain accesses, select an access sequence and choose Accesses.

a) Access number
b) Condition price table
By entering the price table in the access sequence, you create a link between the condition type, access sequence and condition record.

You do not need to enter a condition.
c) Exclusive
2. Save your entries.
3. To maintain fields for an access, select an access and choose "Fields".
The SAP R/3 System displays the fields of the price table assigned to this access.

Create price fields.
