Usage '1' always refers to the costs.
Usages '2,3 and 4' can be used for your manual conditions. These are ready for input, for example, in the billing overview screen, if you have entered a value greater than 0 for Number of manual conditions in the step Profiles for Quotation Creation, Billing, Results Analysis.
