Delete Test Data

In the following steps, you prepare for production startup in Cash Budget Management for projects. This may involve deleting transaction data (actual and plan data), and master data.

You must delete data in the following circumstances:

• If you need to reconstruct your actual data, you must first delete the old dataset.

• You must delete data created during the test phase before starting up the productive system.

Further Notes

If you delete data in the steps which follow, you must access transaciton CJEN and reconstruct the project info database (see PS Info Database ). This is necessary to ensure that no breakdowns occur in reporting because of the old data.
