This authorization object protects manual
actual cost postings, and allocations of planned and actual costs, which
change the data of a whole controlling area (or larger areas).

Authorization one:
In controlling area
0100, you have authorization to maintain (create, change, display and delete)
assessment cycles. However, you cannot execute assessments except in the test
mode.
Authorization two:
In controlling area
0400, you have authorization to execute the all the existing actual periodic
allocations in Cost Center Accounting. already known. You can execute both
test runs and database updates.
Authorization three:
In controlling area
0500, you have authorization for all existing manual actual
postings.
Authorization four:
In controlling area
TEST, you can maintain and execute all actual postings and plan allocations,
including any new ones which are added later.
