Reload Assets 

Use

You want assets, which were already archived, to appear again in the system.

Prerequisites

Archiving already took place.

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

    Accounting ® Financial Accounting ® Fixed Assets ® Environment ® Archiving ® Reload

    Transaction Code

    AARR

  2. As parameters for starting the program, enter the following data:

  3. Choose Archive selection.
  4. In the dialog box, select the rows for posting values, as well as the rows for assets, transactions and annual values. Choose .
  5. Choose Start date.
  6. In the dialog box, choose Immediate and then .
  7. Choose Spool params.
  8. In the Output device field, enter your printer and choose .
  9. If a dialogbox appears, choose .
  10. You have now maintained your parameters, and can start the program. Choose .
  11. Choose .

Result

The assets that were formerly archived were reloaded into the system.
