Start
processing for documents
In this activity you can integrate
enterprise-specific processes in the scenario Document search in
the World Wide Web.
The enterprise specific processes can be
started from the results screen of the document search for one or more
documents. When you have entered several processes and started the function
Start process you see a dialog box in the process
list.
Example
In the standard SAP System the function module
DMS_PROC_DOC_DELETE is available in order to set teh deletion indicator for
selected documents (development class CV, function group CV100).
According to the interface of the example
program you can program further enterprise-specific processing
procedures.
Activities
1. Select the
navigation step Assign process on the overview
screen aund then New entries.
2. Enter the
key for the process as well as a desciptive short text in the logon
language
3. Select the
process type. You can then set whether a process is started in the SAP System
in the Web scenario.
4. Enter a
numerical value for the sequence. When you enter several processes these are
sorted according to the sequence in the process list.
5. Enter the
function module where the results list is started.
6. Save the
assignment and go back to the overview screen
