Delete Master Data

In this step, you use a program to delete the master data (commitment items) from Project Cash Management. The program deletes both the master data information and the information on hierarchy relations.

Notes

You must only use this program if:

• you are still in the test phase and want to delete your test data before the production startup

• you have neither posted to the commitment items, nor planned for them - that is, if there is no transaction data for the master data

Requirements

Before deleting the master data, deactivate the FM area by deactivating all the company codes to which you have assigned this FM area.

Activity

Delete master data from FM areas as required. Running this program deletes the master data in Funds Management too.
