Procedure

Set up Mail Connection per MRP Element

  1. Double-click on the required MRP element (purchase requisition/purchase order/schedule lines or sales order).
  2. A detail dialog box appears with additional information for the MRP element selected.

  3. Choose .
  4. The system displays an overview of all the transaction calls that you have already defined for this MRP element.

  5. Choose New entries.
  6. Enter the required transaction, a pushbutton text or alternatively a combination of icons and icon texts as well as, if necessary, an info text. The following transactions are available:
  1. Enter a navigation number.
  1. Save your entries.

The e-mail connection can be accessed immediately using a pushbutton in the detail dialog box for the MRP element selected. If you use this pushbutton to send the mail, the system checks which customer or which vendor is entered in the MRP element selected and displays this e-mail address in the send screen.

Set up General Mail Connection

  1. Choose Environment ® Own favorites ® Maintain.
  2. The system displays an overview of all existing transaction calls.
  3. Choose New entries.
  4. Enter the required transaction, a menu text or a combination of icons and icon texts as well as, if necessary, an info text. The following transactions are available:
  1. Enter a navigation number.
  1. Save your entries.

The mail connection can be accessed immediately using a pushbutton in the application toolbar above the respective list.
