To display attachments and print lists in the RW system, you need to create a temporary Content Repository for the RW system and register it in Customizing for ILM Retention Warehouse.

Procedure

Creating a Temporary Content Repository for the RW System

  1. Start transaction OAC0 in the ILM Retention Warehouse system.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation path Content Repository Next navigation step Create End of the navigation path.

  3. Enter the required data. Note the following special points:

    • Content Rep.: Enter a two-digit Content Repository ID.

    • Document area: ArchiveLink

    • Storage type: SAP system database

    • Rep. SubType: Normal

    • Version number: 0045

    • Table of contents: SLCM_RW_DOC

  4. Save.

Registering the Temporary Content Repository

  1. In the ILM Retention Warehouse Cockpit for administrators, choose Start of the navigation path Services for Settings Next navigation step Customizing for Retention Warehouse End of the navigation path.

    The complete path in the SAP Reference IMG (transaction SPRO) is: Start of the navigation path SAP NetWeaver Next navigation step Application Server Next navigation step Basis Services Next navigation step Information Lifecycle Management Next navigation step Retention Warehouse End of the navigation path.

  2. Choose Start of the navigation path Generic Settings Next navigation step Define Content Repository for Displaying Attachments in RW End of the navigation path.

  3. Enter a two-digit ID for the Content Repository.

  4. Save.
