 Opening a Maintenance Task List

Prerequisites

The required Customizing activities have been defined. For more information, see Preparatory Activities in SAP SCM .

Your user is assigned to iPPE user profile S_MSPALL .

Procedure

Opening a Maintenance Task List

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Advanced Planning and Optimization Next navigation step Master Data Next navigation step Master Data for Maintenance and Service Planning Next navigation step Maintenance Task List End of the navigation path .

    Note Note

    You can create, edit, and delete maintenance task lists in this transaction.

  2. Choose ( Display <-> Change ).

  3. Choose Open .

    The Load Objects dialog box appears.

  4. Select the required task list and choose Add .

    The selected task list is added to the Maintenance Task List hierarchy on the left of the screen.

Adding a Maintenance Task List to Favorites

  1. In the Maintenance Task List transaction, open the task list that you want to add to your favorites.

  2. Select Favorites .

  3. Select the task list in the Maintenance Task List hierarchy and drag and drop it in the Favorites dialog box.

  4. Save and close the dialog box.

Opening a Maintenance Task List from Favorites

In the Maintenance Task List transaction, select Favorites and drag and drop the required task list in the Maintenance Task List hierarchy.
