Tool Support for Generating Object ListsLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

The following tools are available for generating the object list described under Cross-Client Customizing.

  • ABAP program MULTICLIENT ANALYSIS: This program lists the application and Customizing objects for a specified component. Customizing objects are listed with the table objects they contain. This means that you can recognize the context in which a physical database table is used. For more information, see the report documentation on this program.

  • Multiclient Manager (Transaction MCLIMAN): This transaction also lists the Customizing objects for a specified component, but only on one level. The usage type is also specified for each object. After you call the transaction you can optimize the width of the columns. You can also use all List Viewer functions, such as sorting by columns, filtering by column values, defining individual views, and downloading to Excel (with the Export button).
