Procedure documentationEnabling BW Queries in the Portal about Data from RW Systems

 

In the portal, you can utilize BW queries about business data that is stored in ILM Retention Warehouse. SAP supplies the required content by means of Business Packages.

Procedure

  1. Import the following business packages to the portal.

    Business Package for Retention Warehouse Administration 1.50

    Business Package for Retention Warehouse Tax Audit 1.50

    Business Package for Retention Warehouse Product Liability Audit 1.50

  2. Enter the Retention Warehouse system as the system alias SAP_ILM in the backend system.

  3. Assign the following portal roles to users who need to retrieve data from Retention Warehouse using BW queries.

    • pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.erp.common.workset_reuse/com.sap.pct.erp.ilm.bp_folder/ILM_Role

    • pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.ilm.prodliab.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.ilm.prodliab.roles/com.sap.pct.ilm.prodliab.ILM_Prod_LIAB

    • pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.ilm.tax.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.ilm.tax.roles/com.sap.pct.ilm.tax.ILM_TAX_AUDIT
