5.10 Side Panel
Use
You use the side panel to display additional context-sensitive information that relates to the main application in a container by the side of the content area of NWBC. You define side panels using the Role Maintenance ( PFCG) transaction. You can assign a side panel to other applications and to different user roles. This can be a specific role or all roles relevant to a user.
Note
The entries defined as a side panel are displayed in the side panel container in NWBC but not in the navigation tree.
