Change Documents  

In this section you will find out how you can protocol change in the application using change documents.

Overview

Many business objects are changed frequently. It is often useful and even necessary to be able to trace the changes made. if these changes are logged then it can be checked at any time what was changed and how and when. This makes it easier to analyze errors, if necessary. For example, change documents are used financial accounting to enable auditing.

This logging is carried out with change documents. These can be created for changes to be made as well as for planned changes.
