Role: Project Executive 

Use

This role contains applications that enable project executives (portfolio managers) to get an overview of the entire project portfolio and see the key performance indicators. With this information, they can see how projects are progressing, how the project portfolio aligns with strategic corporate objectives, and how to realign resources to accommodate new projects.

The applications include:

·        Portfolio management, planning, and reporting

·        Project definition and budgeting

·        Configurable workflows

·        Integration with operational and planning systems
