Assign Deliverable to Subject Matter Expert 

Use

You use this function to assign deliverable documents to subject matter experts.

The main benefit of this function is that it ensures that there is a responsible person for a deliverable.

Prerequisites

The deliverable must have been defined for the phase.

You (as the concept owner) must have the required authorizations to assign deliverables.

The subject matter expert must be on the concept team and must have the required authorizations to edit deliverables.

Features

When you create a concept, you choose a process template that determines the default deliverables required during each phase of the concept development. For further information, see Create Concept.

You add deliverables for individual concepts as required. For further information, see Add New Deliverable.

You can assign or reassign deliverables to subject matter experts as required.

The subject matter expert is guided through deliverable processing via a deliverable wizard.
