Discuss Concept 
You use this function to discuss concepts informally.
Besides working on deliverable documents with the concept team in a structured process, you may want to engage team members in informal discussions.
The key benefit of this function is that it allows spontaneous and informal discussion on concepts while ensuring that all input is recorded in the concept and easily made available for further evaluation.
You need the required authorizations to initiate discussions on concepts.
All discussions are managed on the Collaboration tab of a concept.
You can:
· Set up multiple discussions for one concept
· Specify the purpose and subject of each discussion and select the members of the concept team as well as the guests you would like to invite
· Edit the discussion setup by changing the title and adding or removing participants
· Create various discussion topics
· Send e-mails to other participants and subscribe to topics
If you subscribe to a topic you receive an e-mail notification each time changes occur
· Receive e-mails from other discussion participants
If you receive an e-mail inviting you to discuss a concept, you can access the discussion window by clicking on the link in the e-mail. From the discussion itself, you can access the concept editor to read the idea details.
