Internal dispatch managers at the unloading point can use the function Manage Internal Dispatch to identify the recipient for a shipment quickly and easily.

They can search for purchase orders according to:

• Vendor
• Requester
• Goods recipient
• Name of purchase order
• Number of purchase order

The system then displays all purchase orders that meet the search criteria. In the item detail of the purchase order, the telephone number, room number, and in-house mail address are displayed. The Action takes the internal dispatch manager to an e-mail which can be changed if necessary, before sending it to the goods recipient. If the purchase order comes from a plant, the requester is notified instead.
