You can bookmark a report for future reference. A bookmark is stored for the current user.
Bookmarked reports appear in a list of My Bookmarks on the Reports page.
On the report display page, choose Bookmark Report in the toolbar.
In the dialog box, type the name of the bookmark and choose OK.
On the Reports page under Bookmarks, select a report from the My Bookmarks dropdown list.
You see the selected report on the report display page.
Choose OK.
You can edit the name and description of the My Bookmarks section and edit information for individual bookmarks.
To edit a report bookmark:
On the Reports page, under My Bookmarks, choose Edit.
On the Summary page, edit the name and description of the My Bookmarks section.
Choose Edit for a bookmark to edit.
In the dialog box, edit the bookmark name and choose OK.
Save your entries.
