Setting Up EarlyWatch Alert 
Set-up the SAP EarlyWatch Alert for your systems and solutions. You can also set-up SAP EarlyWatch Alerts per system or solution.
Prerequisites
You have put systems in a solution.
Procedure
Select the transaction SOLMAN_WORKCENTER and the System Monitoring tab.
Choose Set-Up.
Choose Set-Up EarlyWatch Alert.
You go to the EarlyWatch Alert Administration.
You can set-up SAP EarlyWatch Alert monitoring data collection per system or solution, here.
Select fields according to your requirements.

Active
The system collects monitoring data.
If you do not set this flag, the system collects no data.
Send to SAP
The system sends your monitoring data to SAP.
Only set this flag if you have activated data collection.
Send alerts to SAP
The system sends alerts to SAP.
Only set this flag if you have activated data collection.
In EWAfS
The monitoring service for SAP EarlyWatch Alert per system is put in the monitoring service SAP EarlyWatch Alert for solutions.
You can decide which SAP EarlyWatch Alerts per system appear in your SAP EarlyWatch Alert per solution.
Day of the week
You can specify the day on which previously collected data is processed.
The SAP EarlyWatch Alert per system and SAP EarlyWatch Alert data collection day, can vary by solution.
Retention time
You can specify the retention time in days.
After the retention time, the SAP EarlyWatch Alerts are saved.
